Located on a compact site next to the Minnesota Twins ballpark, the Target Field Station project consists of a 150,000 sq. ft. building featuring The Fillmore Minneapolis music venue and Element by Westin hotel. The hotel occupies approximately 96,000 sq. ft. of building area and was designed to suit both short and long-term stay residents. An emphasis was placed on wellness programming and eco-conscious design elements. The 1,850 occupant music venue is nestled beneath the Element hotel, and features the signature Fillmore aesthetics seen in Live Nation’s infamous music halls across the country.
