The Lakeville Liquor Keokuk location is a unique municipal liquor store. TMA worked with the community of Lakeville and the projects Design Management Team to identify the buildings program. " rough the exploration the unique programmatic element of a flexible meeting and learning space was identified to host communal wine tasting and wine seminars to support the Liquor Store. In addition the space is used by the wider community and can be rented out for parties and meeting such as grooms dinners, scout meetings, business meeting, etc. A high traffic and high use space the retail component required a high degree of material understanding and with TMA’s experience with hotels we were able to implement highly durable finishes that will stand the repeated wear of the buildings program.
