Located in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood of Saint Paul, the LS Black Headquarters occupies 5,500 sq. ft. of the six-story Balsam on Broadway building. The project was developed on an underutilized site very close to the downtown core of St. Paul, providing affordable housing for well over 100 families and bringing additional commercial office space to the neighborhood. The headquarters features an open concept office layout with conference, kitchen and support spaces.
